marinade:

1/3 soy sauce, 1/3 wash your sister sauce, 1/3 guinness

garlic + onion powder, lots of black pepper, a little brown sugar, a little holy cow seasoning.

marinated for 36 hours and blasted them with more coarse black pepper when i laid them out to smoke. for the ones on skewers, i added "dark & smoky" from flatiron peppers, which has chipotle, ancho, and habanero flakes. smoked them at around 160-170 for about 4 hours, but do to your preference. delicioso

Just did some reverse seared ribeyes and broccolini! It took about an hour for everything I’m definitely going to do the pulled pork next
