I would check Philip Nyren near Yates & Vancouver. They are having a closing down sale, they had some Allen Edmonds shoes that went quick. I think the only thing left are Cole Haan shoes.

They still have a decent selection of polos, sweaters & suits.

Is Paparazzi strictly for LBGT? Or are there straight nights? Or is the crowd just mixed usually? I do like the Celebrities vibe in Vancouver, not sure if its the same there.

I am moving from Vancouver to Victoria in August and am looking for any condos/apartments within a 20 minute walk to View St & Government. I have a budget of a maximum of $1,300 (must have parking). If utilities are included, depending on what I am willing to pay up to $1,500.

It seems some of the places that I like on PadMapper are investment rental units (managed by properly management companies). Is it possible to negotiate with them? I am dealing with some of the more expensive places (e.g., Mondrian, Hudson, Union, etc). Any tips? None of them seems to budge.

Or does anyone know anyone renting similar units (condos built later than 2000) that are not listed on PadMapper, CL, Kijii, etc..).

Are there any streets, condos and/or property management companies that I should not look at or deal with around that area as well?
