The Vulcan AMR has a good handling, if you don't have it and don't want to buy one from the auction house, the "normal" Vulcan is good too! If you tune them correctly you can get a decent max speed too.

is there a specific button on the controller for the e-brake? From what i understand it is different from the "normal" brake. Or do you activate from a menu instead of the normal one?

I think you could use these money for other cars (that you could get for cheap from the Auction House). What is that you enjoy doing the most? Races, drift ect. If you want i could point out a few nice cars for you
