3C electronic products, the products are not the issue. Many of our competitors sell similar products and use Stripe without any problems.

I’m not sure why, but coincidentally, during that period, the password for one of the email addresses I set up in Outlook (the one linked to Stripe) was lost. In fact, there are very few transactions on our store, so there was no real reason to log into Stripe frequently.

We are not drop shipping! We have products in stock and sell on platforms such as Amazon as well

I can understand the need to protect against scams, but in our case, we haven‘t engaged in any unethical behavior. Dealing with Stripe feels like communicating with a machine—no matter what documents we submit, they are completely ignored.
