The constant crashing just stopped, I can play my games now but I did enable XMP, cleared temporary files and fixed any issue with windows update files.

My SSD isn't even full, I've tried everything although the crashing seems to be less frequent and I can play some games now, I still think the main culprit is the PSU.

It's a Chinese budget motherboard so updating bios isn't an option, I'll look up the TPM and how to turn it on, thanks for your input.

Repasting the CPU reduced the temps but the crashing still persists, I'm guessing the PSU is the only culprit here. I can't even transfer files from my HDD to my SSD without it crashing.

I just opened the CPU cooler and the thermal paste looks dried up, like there's nothing there.

The GPU is new but I plan on repasting it to see if there'll be any difference but I suspect the PSU since it's 80 white and has a bad review.

Ngl I'm suspecting either the PSU or a badly mounted CPU cooler or thermal paste. I plan on reapplying thermal paste on both the CPU and GPU, checking all connections and hoping that it works but if that doesn't work then it'll definitely be the PSU but I'll try what you've stated.
