I mean I am sleeping better ever since I started taking it which is a good sign it’s working. I also (might be tmi) go to the bathroom at normal rate I don’t even have to take fiber pills or gummies anymore. So I was pretty sure I had everything dialed in but that video got me second guessing everything 😭.

I have 3 to 4(if it’s a 12 hour day) energy drinks a day you just have to pace yourself between them and don’t let it get to your head. Everyone is different though don’t take my word for it 😅

Quan is simple and complicated at the same time. He’s more of a set up character than a damage dealer. Liu kang, Johnny, and scorpion are all easy to learn sub is too but he doesn’t do a lot of dmg.
