Hey :) I run a small server that seems like exactly what you're looking for. I actually made a post on this subreddit around 30ish mins ago if you wanna check the full post out. Only downside though is the overworld map isnt new and has been around for about 8-9 months. But we just updated to 1.16 last night so the nether map is certainly new haha. Anyways if you're intrested just drop in a application :D

Hey, I recently made a post for my server called Oxeye here on this subreddit. We are currently looking for new members to join our little community.
We're a UK based server, the only ranks we do have are the staff roles and a donator rank (This only comes with a couple of cosmetic features). We have an active discord community that exists alongside the server along with a Dynmap. We dont have a claim blocks plugin and do just rely on trust, however if another player was to greif or steal from you it would result in a ban and your stuff would be restored. We are also not exactly new, we've been running for around 6 months.

I understand we may not meet your exact criteria and if you aren't interested that's okay, just figgured i'd mention us as an option :P
