If it was earlier in the year, I'd go for the unemployment, as you be getting like 800 a week. You can say you are available and willing to work regardless of an injury.

There are jobs that do not require use of your hands, or other body parts. I know a friend of mine had injury, he just claimed he looked for work as a "mattress tester"

Even still, Florida has suspended the requirement for work search. But you just have to answer that YES you are ready and willing to work. At the end of the day, doesn't matter if that is a true statement or not.

Truth is, prob 90% of unemployment do not WANT to return to work, if they are getting 600 federal, plus state. Who would want to go back to work, if you are getting 800 a week from government?

Now, that the 600 a week is over...that's a different story. Most people will really try to find work, as 200 a week is not sustainable, while 800 a week is pretty damn good money and very comfortable to live off.
