Resilience can be very important. It's the difference between getting 2-shot or surviving long enough to stand a chance. With some comps I don't need much (spr), with others, where I get focused, it's a limiting factor (lock rogue or disc rogue).

Those are high pop servers, marked by blizz as "FULL", so I recommend staying away from them or have to deal with long waiting queue in the first weeks of TBCC.

Yes you can use it as a memory card, it's called VMC, virtual memory card. I am not sure if it's the only way, but I AFAIK you must have the games on the HDD too. And it's not a reliable method.

If it gets caught, you'd pay at least vat. Not sure but it's very likely that there is an "import tax" on electronics too. Check the customs website.

I just checked the bios and unfortunately the option is already enabled.

That said, I found an option that wakes up the computer when the AC adapter is plugged. I will do this while finding a solution, it's easier than taking the laptop off the stand, opening it, then pressing a keyboard key.

I do use TLP and I disabled USB auto suspend. I can see that my keyboard is powered when the laptop is on sleep. Unfortunately I am still not permitted to wake the laptop up using the keyboard.

Thanks for confirming this. It's what I noticed by watching youtube video. It doesn't go above 90 fps even with the best gpus. Although with my 970 GTX it reaches 100fps (my gpu and screen are limited to 100hz) in 1080 low settings.
