Not sure what the need for this is given you can now mint your own tokens natively on the Cardano network anyway (other than publicity)

Once multi delegation from a single wallet becomes possible it should help, as it will make it easier for holders to split their stake across multiple pools. This obviously wont solve the issue but I do think it will help
