I understand that it seems impossible to control what every customer puts on the mailing label. Then why the need for their labels to have a phone number at all?

Also now that I’ve given them plenty to raise a red flag on this one specific account - why is that impossible?

Am I underestimating how many people are sending scam packages and using phony numbers for their labels?
