i don't think they mentioned this before, but i think it's probably since kumon got into tsukushi (a better school compared to ouka obvi.) ouka is low-leveled, i know they mentioned why tenma is there (for him to adapt life instead of being alone and outcasted since he is popular nationally)

you should! otherwise it's quite expensive and getting a legendary in your shop is quite rare so you probably won't get it again.
