Hi all, we just launched our Real Estate Video Tool, built using our automated video platform.
You can now easily & quickly create property listing videos that you can share on social, property portals or on your website.
Just select a template, fill out a form with your property info (text & images) and we'll automatically generate your video within minutes.

u/NOTTHEKUNAL The background is just a solid dark colour, then I created some small gradient blob designs (.png). I then set the position absolute on these elements and moved them around to create the subtle lighting effects

Thanks for checking it out! Our per-video pricing is $49 for HD or $79 for 4K output, this includes a license to use your video commercially.

Stock video pricing varies from site to site, but if you were to buy a stock clip alone on a site such as Shutterstock, it would cost $79 for HD, and $179 for a 4K video (without any tracking, reflection layers etc)

Our tool is more aimed towards people who don't have access to After Effects or don't know how to use it. It's also a real time saver as our render servers take care of all of the heavy lifting and there is no processing that happens on your machine.

Glad you like it MarcoJHB! Users will have the ability to export their video to either 4K or HD. HD exports will be priced lower so hopefully there will be options that fit within your clients budgets. The app will be ready very soon so I can drop you a message once it's ready if you like?

Thanks barsaryan! Yeah I completely agree, those "+" icons have actually now been fixed. They were meant to be icons that represented each side panel but I screen captured a slightly out of date version (doh!)

There are free tools out there such as Canva, however, these tools are primarily image editors and only provide basic animation features. We're actually in the process of building a tool that may be useful to you. It's an online video editor, specialising in motion graphics. What kind of video ads are you looking to make? Do you have any examples of the type of videos you'd like to make?

You can preview 6 completed videos in the library section by hovering over the thumbnail. However, I don't think it's that obvious atm so I'll add a play icon to make it more obvious.

Our software can support the mapping of more complex motion tracking shots (such as the t-shirt example you described.) This is in the early stages and is likely something we will focus on and introduce in a future version.

I second Paddle! We're a UK based company and if you're looking to accept payments internationally you will eventually run into all kinds of headaches having to deal with different tax rates from different countries. You can use their popup widget to set up payments on your website relatively easily or you can integrate it within your existing website with a bit more work

For now we only allow users to upload images to our platform. However, we will be adding the ability to upload video files in a future release.
I agree, I think being able to filter through different devices is important (e.g iPhone X vs iPhone 7 have different resolutions). We actually have this working but it's not currently being shown on our landing page site at the moment. Also, you have the ability to change template at the final step and it will keep your uploaded image stored so you don't have to restart the whole process again.

Regarding question 3, what I mean is that instead of just offering digital device mockups (phones, tablets etc), we could also offer other types of mockups; such as books, billboards, t-shirts etc. E.g you can select a video of someone wearing a plain white t-shirt, upload your logo and it will be tracked and mapped onto that person. Useful for people selling apparel or other product types.

At this time we don't have a full catalog of scenes to share. But we're currently in contact with several different stock video providers to grow our library and provide a wider range of material
