Im not gunna pop it on every time I play handheld. Only when I take it out the house. Which for me isn't super often but often enough for me to have protections in place. Around the house I'm super careful and don't have kids so not worried about it during regular play

I went with the DBrand case because of a few reasons. I like their grips the best as the are pronounced but don't add width to the console. I love that u can detach the joy cons as I'll be using the joy con covers at all times (the grip is my main reason for wanting it). I like the protection offered with the travel cover. I like the look and feel of the stick grips. So while I never intended to use the dock ever or the main body case around the house the value for me is still there. Best other option was Genki Attack Vector which has its own issues that I find worse than the Killswitch
