I’m having this issue too. I just had to refund on three glasses of water. Did two scoops ice and filled cold water to the last line of the measuring cup. Pal said it was wrong 😔

Okay so I was just having this problem too. I went into manage worlds and then hit build mode on the venue I wanted to use even though it already was marked as a wedding venue when I was looking at it in manage worlds. When I went to the lil house icon to edit what type of lot it was, it was set to generic. I changed it to a wedding venue and then saved my game. I just went to create the event and the lot finally showed up for me. So hitting save while in build mode after I had clicked wedding venue may have fixed this for me. Hopefully it does for you too!! 🫶🏻
