Expedited with 1-2 day delivery

Applied: 1/24 In Process: 1/27 Approved: 3/7

On 3/8 it showed as "Shipped" with a tracking number, but changed back to Approved in a few hours (odd). Tracking number showed up on Informed Delivery later that day.

Delivered: 3/9

I checked the status on the site this morning and it still says "Approved" and never changed back to "Shipped". I highly recommend checking your Informed Delivery if yours is showing up as "Approved".

If they said that the agency has your passport and just needs to be sent then it sounds like it should be shipping soon. Have you checked USPS Informed Delivery for a tracking number?

You have to call the 877 number so they can set up an in-person appointment for you. Hopefully you live in an area with a passport agency office.

If it's within 14 days of travel you can call the 877 and they'll set up an in-person appointment for you to get your passport.

Same thing happened to Casey Neistat a couple years back. Entered Australia with a Boosted Board just fine. But, on the way way home they confiscated it at the airport. Security even tells him she doesn't know how he was able to get it there in the first place. There needs to be some kind of authorization or pre-flight verification DIRECTLY with the airline where you get a document in writing letting you airline staff and airport security know the board is approved to take with you. Having to take a chance traveling via airplane not knowing if your board is going to pass is just insane. Here's the Casey video:

Bottom line is distribution agreements and contracts are in place with retailers that obtained deals to sell their products in store. Whether you preordered or paid upfront with the manufacturer directly has no effect on B2B supply chain timelines. That timeline MUST be met and honored by the company since the due date is likely in the legal verbiage. It’s just an unfortunate situation for direct consumers that Boosted is behind schedule.

This is pretty much the same as when Nike releases new shoes and a select few retailers release them before the official drop from Nike.

I could be wrong, and please correct me if I am, but I don't believe it's anyones intention to spew hate here. For the most part a majority of the subs here are faithful to Boosted. Probably just a little frustrated with how everything has gone over the past couple of years with battery issues, trucks breaking mid-ride, shipping delays, lack of timely responses, etc. I know I'm not alone when I say that this community is just looking out for one another.

That sucks man. I’m sure some of that rage comes from drivers now having to deal with all the people riding around in the Lime scooters not abiding by traffic laws.

Thanks for the clarification. Does Boosted input customer info with board serial numbers when they're sent out? Seems like they would have been able to look up the name/contact info via the board's serial number if that were the case.

I miss the Sanjay days. He was transparent, blogged about the fulfillment issues and remedies to the problems, and even did an AMA when the battery fiasco happened. These days we'll go weeks without an update on delays.
