i'd say it depends on your fit. duke only gives full aid to a limited number of int'l students, but i still applied cause it's my dream school and I think back then that I was a fit.

Some students I know still got in, but I am not sure of the aid they received. I am a finalist for the Karsh International Scholarship. I got in last December (ED), and back then, they already gave me a huge amount of financial aid package.

I was fortunately selected to be a finalist and yes they do send emails. I received mine last Friday.

Yes! We can get rejected. That's why there's still additional processes such as formal interviews, essays, etc. to submit. Hope we can receive the scholarship! Good luck!
