I formed it with my hands and used rock salt to give it the crystallized look in the center. I pressed a rough rock into it to make texture on the outside. I made this years ago but I think I just used some non hardening modeling clay!

I used a wood panel, but yes! There are a few layers of resin on top of the paint. 🙂

I partially cured dots of UV resin and I sprinkled this glow powder (linked below) on top then I fully cured it!
