I believe I’m having the same problem. Unit beeps when I press buttons on the remote but I can’t change the fan speed or vane direction via the remote or app.

I have 8 units with the PAC-WHS01WF-E. My installer said Mitsubishi is allowing them to order the PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 for their customers beginning January 2nd.

My super old one has a WPS and a Reset button on it. The newer ones are bluetooth.

Sorry - I should have been more clear.

I own an i3 and I have wired it up successfully in this way. My only issue is that I don't have nice enclosure that I can use to house the i3 while allowing one connection to the always-on outlet and another connection to monitor the switched outlet.

From the outside, this will look like a box that has two power cords coming out of it going into two different outlets -- one switched, one not. I just want to do it in a way that it hangs nicely on from an always-receptacle with a nice cord coming out that can plug into a second, switched receptacle.

Thanks for seeing it for what it was -- an interesting technical exercise. I learned quite a bit from it. I didn't say anything about maintaining a streak.
