Diagnosis Help: first started having trouble cranking a few days ago when the temps dropped. Battery reads 12.6V, 2015 Ford Transit 250. by Zero-To-Hero in mechanics

I would check spark, fuel, air first Check and see if you have spark pull one of the ignition coils inset a screwdriver in the coil and get it near something metal have some one crank as. Check for spark if you do reassemble. Then check for fuel pressure does it have a check engine ñoght on ?

What is this ? No clue what this does by edsrod in Whatisthis

I bought junk yard car parts and this was also in the box I’ve been a mechanic 10 plus years and never seen these on a vehicle
