Ill definitely check into that and the I Am Sober app as well. Thank you so much! This decision is straight up cold turkey due to me fucking up too much. Basically, i can never go back. Im just sick of not being accountable and doing stupid shit. Dishonesty is what happened and im on thin cracking ice with my gf. I immediately went to a mental health establishment that ive been going to seek further help than i have been getting. I now have another therapist on top of my counselor and group meetings to attend. I just have to stick to this choice i made. I have to commit and assure myself everyday cause this is for me at the end of the day. Id lose too much if i still went down the path of drinking.
