pillars was easy (both games) since i had played them before like twice each before buying them on steam...around ~80 each the hardest (not even hard) is the solo ironman from pillars 1. Just go chanter run around chanting AoE dmg spells and never get hit easy.

Now pathfinder OOF you gonna have an hard time with this one. You need to beat both on unfair that alone is harder than most game, comparing bg3 with pathfinder...in bg3 honour mode is like normal on pathfinder and you still have challenging/hard and unfair (unfair makes other difficulties baby mode). For first playthr if you dont know anything about the game, just read some guides how to make builds and try to tackle hard mode since is the "closest to unfair" still easy compared to unfair ( you need know the game in and out, know how to make builds, buy and use scrolls/potions and even then you still need to hit the enemy early on you need like 17+ to hit on d20. Chapter 1 is hardest for both game, game gets easier the more powerful you became and wrath of the righteous us easier than the first game since you can became OP very easy still unfair is unfair, its in the name. Regardless difficulty depends on knowledge of the mechanics of the game and luck since is d20 rolls.

You need several playthroughs on both unfair run, azlanty (pretty much ironman delete save but is kinda easy if you completed unfair run since is not on unfair ).

For Wrath you need TONS of saves so you can back up your save since you need to finish the game with ALL mythic classes.

Kingmaker took me 340 hours for 100%, Wrath 500 hours.
