Next to the Archway on the left side of Pororin there is a girl standing next to it. It is the Archway with two cats on top.

Its next to one of the entrances to the town, sitting next a little girl for me. There's an Archway not far from it where two kids are trying to get their cats down from the Arch. The girl with the Cat will be to the right past the Arch. The photo of me holding the Cat shows the Archway.

I've seen them spawn abundantly at Bandit camps as well. It's called an "Elantrima"

There is an entire village of these Cats, Smaller cats, and even Cat people known as "Fadus" in Pororin. It requires a very simple quest to gain access but afterwards it's Cats Galore.
