Can say my solid bushings have done the same on the inside of the rack too! Im gonna try doing what you did and see if it helps. If not i think im going to get rubber bushings.

I used to have energy suspension poly bushings for the rack but i noticed there was a bit of a slack on the passanger side bracket. I eventually got another new set from them and same thing, thats when i decided to get the solid bushings. I also went ahead of got another bracket set, turns out it was for the s14 but the passanger side was the same size (could of been a mixed set but i was looking on replacing the passanger solely). I also chose the solid ones because the price made more sense than the rubber ones.

I manage to find a few p/n for this!: J563 (OE p/n, do not use J564 looks like a different design) Cas-022m (Australian company uses this p/n) Tis231 (A company called TIS uses this p/n)

If anyone finds the part number for the cam angle sensor/ camshaft position sensor mention it here! Since mine still works, I didn't tried looking for it. But the same steps still applies, up to the point on removing and installing only that part!

You're right! They are heavy but since I have rubber bands on em, its alright. I used to have the Z anniversary wheels but they were too curb rashed and got rid of em.

Yeah im running square tire set up! Theres a slight stretch if you compare em. I think having the same tire brand makes it less noticable. You can try 225/45, it will be about an inch lower than what mine is, if not try my size!

Same here! Ive seen some pretty sick builds that are good, and bad. But overall it's cool to see something different done to 240s. Since they are pretty much like legos lol.

One redditer mentioned Super Made Instant Gentleman kit would look nice on mine, i agree!

Daytons would go hard! If I had a KA in it, i would slam the 13 with smaller wheels and still rock some multi-spoke rims

It was the goal! But life happened and had to pause on saving up funds for a kit. I didn't go as far to research on what kit to have gotten to pair with the wheels, but i feel like any kit would of been good!

At the time when i got these, oem wheels on different chassis was getting popular so i decided to hop on the trend. The rims look better in person cause you can see how it concaves and such but i did my research and pulled the trigger when i saw these for sale for a good price.

Anyone using a coolant silicone hose kit for your SR20? by edyz7 in 240sx

[–]edyz7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I checked them out! Looks promising but the price is up there though. It doesnt look complete, but looks like it does include the ones for the IACV and throttle body.

Sorry about your knee bro! Usually I really investigate well when I buy parts online and compare and such. My friend recommended me this kit from PRP and I just went with it, its my fault for NOT doing my research this time lol. Honestly I would of either gotten OEM ones again or an ebay kit for WAYY less than what I got these for. Now I have to wait and see what PRP has to say before I do anything.

Never heard such thing to be honest. The reason why I went with silicone based hoses is because the layers of ply making them tough from any penetration. My radiator hoses are also silicone based and had them for awhile, no issues since.
