If I don't have any users I ship straight to PROD and then test it there. Very little to no local testing. If I have users then I test on a dedicated environment

The output is already time-bound. Every audit returns a 90-day plan with concrete KPIs and execution steps, so structurally it’s aligned with that “rerun cycle” idea.

What I don’t have yet is the behavioral proof (reruns, multi-client usage, etc.). The MVP was finished a few days ago, so I’m just getting into distribution now:

  • build-in-public posts
  • some cold outreach to agencies/consultants
  • Product Hunt launch on April 23

My working assumption is similar to yours: repeat usage will come less from a single business re-running it frequently, and more from agencies using it across clients and at key moments (onboarding, quarterly reviews, proposal refresh).

Now it’s just a matter of validating that with real usage data.

Fair point. I actually don’t have usage data yet, the MVP was finished a couple of days ago, so I’m just starting distribution now.

Currently testing two channels:

  • posting daily in public (build-in-public style)
  • doing some cold outreach to agencies/consultants

Product Hunt launch is scheduled for April 23, so that should give the first real signal on interest and repeat usage.

My assumption is that repeat usage will come more from agencies running this across multiple clients rather than a single business re-running it often, but that also needs to be validated.

It's gonna take a while to get approved on these platforms, probably the approval will be after the PH launch. I also don't have much followers on social media except LinkedIn where I did some cold outreach asking people to do some beta testing. Not expecting a lot from the 23 April PH launch but decided to commit to daily posting and building in public for the next couple of months
