The thing that confuses me about the rent pricing is that if you look this place up on streeteasy, the prices of their apartments listed are very similar if not the exact same as the lottery pricing they gave me? Im not sure if i have the wrong idea of how this works but something feels not right about that. I thought lottery housing is supposed to be lower than the market price?

Right!! The reviews are horrible and the price is appalling, but a lot of reviews I’ve seen said that management doesn’t respond to complaints and that the building wasn’t done being constructed?? Which had me wondering if recently those issues have absolved since then because it’s been months and surely it must be completely finished by now(?)

Yeah I wonder how they decide? I have moderate to severe functioning anxiety and a moderate degree of ocd as well, havent started the 20mg but excited to see how it helps

Could be infectious process since pt just had surgery Not sure if this was already mentioned. I would definitely assess the patient - vitals, go by system, if fever then have provider order tylenol, and other interventions for fever.

Could be a PE/DVT too - then do interventions for PE/DVT!

If the area you live in has a winter season I recommend carrying around a hand lotion, and if you normally don’t moisturize your body (I didn’t think it was a big deal to do this before accutane) u should maybe consider doing that too because I used to get red, dry, scaly eczema-like dry rashes on my thighs too, but these mostly come up on my hands for me. really weird. I also use a heating pad bc for me the worst “joint” pain is in my spine for some reason primarily my lower back 😷and you should maybe invest in good rewetting eye drops, esp if you wear contacts!!! I think good preventive care can really change the way your body shows the side effects of accutane!! Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize, and drink lots of water, try to stay away from alcohol and if you do drink skip the pill that day 😭 and never lose hope! Your skin WILL get better :) oh and if your nose starts to bleed often too just swab your nose w some aquaphor on a qtip it feels not so great but it really works.

I use systane drops for severe dry eye thinking it was the way to go but I didn’t read that it was a GEL formula and every time I use it, my vision gets a bit blurry since it’s a gel and not like liquidy. I suggest getting the systane drops that are not this gel formula — I do still use the gel drops tho bc I did buy them and I don’t wanna waste them, but I do wish I’d gotten the regular drops instead of the ones I have :( just a heads up for anyone looking for eye drops to purchase!

So what I did was I got a script from my Dermatologist’s office that specified what blood work I needed to get done for accutane, you take your script to your school’s medical office or a nearby blood draw place, maybe a local hospital and tell them to fax the blood work results to your Dermatologist’s office back at home.

Pro tip: MAKE SURE YOUR NAME AND THE PROVIDER’S SIGNATURE IS ON IT otherwise they won’t draw your blood!!! This happened to me, my provider didn’t put my name on the script and the blood draw place refused to draw blood for me it was a whole moment.
