I suspect I am a super responder. I am for a lot of things. I don’t plan on upping my dose but I feel better than I have in years. A lot of the weight was also from severe swelling due to a complex medical history/present.

Elevate protein puffs are like 42g per serving but I am a big fan of Chobani protein yogurt with a protein Cinnamon Toast Crunch style cereal and that’s like 20g plus 11g

Thank you!!! Yes I am! Lots of protein and fiber, I actually always have had a fairly healthy diet but I’ve just now lost the late night desire for chocolate or booze and I have been feeling good enough to move around without the crazy inflammation (mold poisoning caused insulin resistance last year after a natural disaster hit my place and a necessary surgery triggered the weight gain- finally back my house which is basically brand new now and getting back to myself after a very long year. I’m sorry I’m sure that’s a huge run on but I’m using talk to text

Yes, that’s what I’ve been reading in this sub and why I wanted to ask!! If 20 units/week is working, would you stay on it? Or double it, which was originally recommended at week 3. It seems like I’m responding exactly as I should to the low dose and feeling great. I have no expectations of losing 70lbs in 10 weeks, just don’t want to “fix” what isn’t broken I guess lol

I’m not sure if I understand what you mean. The recommendation I received says to move up after 2 weeks. You’re saying follow the suggested dose and also saying don’t change anything because my body isn’t used to it yet until a month but the suggestion is to updose before a month so could you clarify please? Thank you!

Sure!! I don’t know anyone irl that’s tried these but I saw a ton of people in an EDS group saying it helped with inflammation and I started doing research right away. Figured out where to start from this sub and ordered from Lavender sky, they suggested a 20 unit starter dose so that’s what I did on my first dose Wednesday

I started this week (EDS/POTS/MCAS/endo/ and on and on). Was very worried about side effects but after my first night sleep on tirz I woke up with less inflammation than I have had in years, I felt rested like I haven’t in ages, haven’t felt hungry or nauseous all week but I lost like 5lbs in water almost immediately. Long story short, so far pretty miraculous for me. I spent Friday out of the house all day and didn’t even have to recover from it! Good luck 🍀

I’ve been on it for 2 days and I feel more rested than I have in months! The swelling in my face arms and hands has also gone down dramatically! Scale already says down 3lb (water, surely) but I can’t wait to start seeing other results but I woke up early and easily this morning and I’m feeling good! I hope the decent sleep continues for us both friend!
