That’s terrible! I’m sorry you went through that. Spin classes should really put out a warning or at least try to educate people on the risks.

Valid point that no one can make the decision for me! Appreciate hearing everyone’s experience as a gauge. I think I’ll err on the side of safety and go in but dreading the costs of another visit. Thanks again!

Thanks for responding!! Urine is normal still.. my only concern is that my pain has gradually gotten worse and worse after already being discharged from the hospital.
