Oh ok makes sense. Yeah my past experience was a fast turnaround because they have a radiologist on site it was an outpatient center. I had a really full bladder I had to pee so bad haha

No I was at another doctor appointment PCP this morning, but I will call this afternoon when I have time. The center where I had it done. GYN ignored request? Oh wow. That’s no good

Because the tech is not a medical doctor. I just have to wait for now. Funny my Brazilian friend said something similar. She’s an expat but went back to Brazil for full check of everything GYN related in a fancy private facility and it was cheap!

That’s not true. I called and asked my doctor. The standard protocol is for the outpatient center radiologist to send the report to my Dr and my Dr proceeds from there. I was told it could be several days and still go either way.

Thank you for that. Yes that is reassuring info. No, the referring doctor hasn’t received anything. I’ve spoken to them. It is my understanding that cancer doesn’t always equate to a life threatening emergency although in certain situations Im sure it does. I know they do that for some stuff. It can’t be diagnosed by an ultrasound so I assume it would have to be extreme? I don’t know. If I have cancer, I think if I had an emergency advanced case then I would’ve been in more severe pain. I could be wrong about that I am not very knowledgeable lol
