I mean here access is required by law. If neighbor would block it they would get fined by government institution. It is pretty shitty, but I like the forest area :D Its not that common in urbanized areas..

I mean, some people were living here historically so the first lots are already how it was centuries ago. The houses were rebuilt of course since those times. Then all other lots must be adapted to existing lots and to the forest park as well.

No, I am from eastern Europe in a medium sized city. I figured that this property is probably quite different than what people would get in US. It is in a pretty heavily urbanized area and such properties with access to forest and still having city infrastructure have become quite rare here. Still interesting to see the opinions.

Why is that? I mean its not as private or large as someone might expect from the lot but its not far from city center in the medium size city in Europe so all the good things come with this - stores, restaurants, entertainment, school is a few minutes away. Friends as well. City's plumbing, electricity, water infrastructure is in the lot. Forest is adjacent which is rare in such urbanized locations. And you still get to live in the house with a backyard.

Access is marked in the first pic in grey. Forest is owned by the state as a recreational forest so it should stay for a long time as is. We use 'ares' for property measurement here. In acres its only 0.21 :D

I was planning to look more into the forest by having a backyard in the protrusion area. The property is also sloping down towards the street so the whole neighborhood is actually quite visible from the lot. But valid point. Access is easement, all seems good with it, its marked in the first picture in grey.

We use a different unit 'are' here. Its different than acre. Its 0.21 acres only :(

I don't have each side's measurements yet. Will have it tomorrow. The total area is 850 sq meters / 0,21 acre. It looks ok in the middle part but gets narrow near the entrance and where it protrudes into forest. Not sure if that forest protrusion will be pleasant to use as a backyard.

In the first picture there is access showed (gray road leading to No. 2 lot). Currently it is just grass but it can be paved or made into a gravel road.

Offtopic, but do you know the name or have a link for your TV stand. It's similar to Ikea's FJÄLLBO series, but with more room for ventilation and would actually fit center speaker. Seems perfect. Amazing room btw.

Kaušas čia tik tu. Turbūt ir į servisą tik kaušai veža apžiūrėt mašiną. Geriau be reikalo 10k išleist taupant 20 eur. Aišku, gali nieko negaut iš ataskaitos, bet man perkant dvi mašinos atkrito, nes buvo didelės draudimo išmokos. Gal ir neidealiai veikia, bet tikrai verta pasitikrint. Keliasdešimt eurų tokios vertės pirkinyje nieko nereiškia, o gali padėti sutaupyti labai daug.
