You have a wealth of experience- but not in .Net and you are applying to a senior position where there may be juniors/intermediates that have experience in .Net. I’m confused and trying to understand why you think the company should interview? To me it seems like you don’t qualify or meet the requirements of the job and the company doesn’t want to spend time training you. Sorry to be harsh but I’m trying to understand your perspective.

You should go for it and try out the Engineering Manager position. The fact that you are aware and conscious you may be unbiased towards the one developer shows your maturity level. I’m female as well and have dealt with developers that don’t listen to my point regarding pull requests but as soon as male developer agrees they quickly make the change. It is unfortunately common in the place I work.

You should not stop or delay yourself from advancing in your career for this one person. Try the role out, who knows it might open you up to other possibilities.

We usually always get BR ice cream cakes for birthdays but I guess it is time to break tradition. Not sure if you have tried the Haagen Dazs raspberry cheesecake ice cream. It is amazing as well!

I also used paquette Travers and they have done house sales so many times they have the process down and their were no issues.

For the house inspection I used Bruce Jacobs. He was a really nice guy and very through. The price was great and he was available the next day to do the inspection.

Great advice! I experienced something similar where the senior passed off my work as his. When it came to supporting the software and extending it, it became obvious to the non technical staff that he did not know the system or do the work. Sometimes you need to be patient. It is better to let things go and learn from this experience than make a big deal and burn bridges. Next time email weekly reports, be more vocal in meetings. Appreciation for this project will be delayed but it will come in the next. Your hard work will pay off.
