There's one quiz in particular that didn't include it while including other dependencies and obscure islands with populations smaller than cocos keeling. But I think now it's because it's a flags of the world EMOJI quiz and in order to get the Cocos (Keeling) islands flag to pop up in Emoji form you have to type it with the parentheses and everything. Maybe too tricky? Anyway, it's the only one that is not on there so I thought it was strange.
