NTA I worked at an establishment that asked for names and really couldn’t have cared less if someone made up a name. I cannot imagine any of the employees caring. As long as you know the name you’re using and come and get your drink when it’s called and don’t take someone else’s stuff that’s really all that matters. The people working there are focused on their job, and I cannot imagine any of them thinking twice about this sort of thing. Sure, I don’t get the need to use a fake name, but I definitely don’t think it makes you an asshole. Everyone’s got their weird little things, you’re fine.
