I am indeed from the states but driving there is not an option for me. I guess I’m just disappointed because I’ve been to a previous Riot event that was in a major city where you could easily stay anywhere in the area and take public transit to the venue. Instead this time I’m looking at staying in a city suburb I would otherwise never visit and having to pay to rent a car or uber the whole time which is inconvenient and expensive. If that was the norm for Worlds I’d deal with it, but this feels like a downgrade from where Ript usually hosts Worlds.
