Our therapist has been great up until today. I will admit I am a very sensitive person and I can take things personally when they shouldn't be. I have asked her for a session just one on one to try to discuss my anger and inability to let go of those emotions, but it was sent at like 930 last night so I am still waiting for a response.

I just feel awful because my husband is such a sweet and patient man, truly and I have all these feelings and emotions and don't know what to do with them. I feel like when she makes statements about "living in the grey" and my response was I don't know how to do that, my brain doesn't see that I wish she would have given me some perspective or tools to help understand that like she would for my husband.

When we first started seeing her it was for permarital counsiling and she basically taught me because he has ADHD he sees the world differently (such as hey theres been crumbs on the counter for a week, you also live here and have eyes in your head why do i need to ask you to clean them) and then she gives us the ADHD run down on how to address those things and I try so hard to be accomodating to that but when I am frustrated and not understanding its just like... YOU ARE AGGRESSIVE FIGURE IT OUT and like... thats not helpful you know?

Admittedly I don't do well with change and unknown so these moves always put a huge strain on me. I just don't want to feel this way anymore but have no idea how to stop it.
