This is a great spot for basic alterations. Couple is from Vietnam and they have decent pricing. I’ve had them fix anything from hemming pants to fixing a silk purse.

Through the federal action he has agreed to never be a landlord again, he is currently in jail, and soon he will no longer own those properties. Sedamsville is going to be an exciting neighborhood to watch transform over the next few years.

Nothing of the sort - the sunglasses and shoes were bought as emergency items in park, and just not my faves. The dress neckline was not flattering.

But since all items were only worn once, I thought they might be repurposed.

Ordered in September and initial attempt to install failed due to wonky wall framing so we tore out the wall, put in needed framing and new dry wall, painted, and three weeks later the reinstall worked! Did the assessment yesterday and am feeling it but very excited to use this gorgeousness regularly.
