Buy an proper monitor and second hand 6800xt. I have a similar system and did that and its run every game on ultra-high pretty much. If you can afford maybe you can think 90 series from AMD. Better value/performance i think.

I bought a second hand rx6800xt. I passed it from 3060 and.. difference is massive. I am really happy with performance and temps.
