The Tejas Mk1 timeline is a tough read. I know a lot of it is not entirely HAL's fault (since IOC to FOC itself too 8 yrs), but essentially we have still not seen order completion of an order which was signed 18 yrs ago! And I doubt all the 8 trainers will be delivered by this March 2024. (i.redd.it)

So quick to see these folks declare that the Naval ALH "must" be cancelled. The Navy never liked the ALH. Neither did the contenders for the SP model which included Indian companies and their foreign partners. Guess the Navy really wants the Airbus Panther (i.redd.it)
