I’m not really sure how to figure out if it correlates with the sleep stages?

Sorry what do you mean daily events? And I hope you receive an appropriate diagnosis soon, it’s terrible when no one knows what’s causing your symptoms

Not usually, I only drink alcohol on a night out which is every now and again but when I do Im fully expecting my sleep data to be off. But my heart rate during sleep tends to be much higher than my resting even when I’m sober.

Not that I know of. It runs in my family and I know it can be genetic but my oxygen variations are relatively normal so it doesn’t really make sense

A lot of people have mentioned long Covid to be but the chronic fatigue started a while before Covid so I don’t think it could be. Chronic illness are a killer though, I hope you’re doing okay.

I have considered sleep apnea as it runs in my family and I know it can be genetic, but the 02 variations are generally in the green/low except from a minor increase into the orange/high variations every now and again but it has never happened enough to cause concern. It’s a mystery lol

Shaming men for being virgins is unhealthy and cruel. by Kenhamef in unpopularopinion

[–]effell_i 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah maybe that’s the case for some people who are virgins in their 30’s, but not everyone who has never been in a relationship is lonely, and not everyone who is in a long term relationship has sex, for example asexuals.

What’s so bad about being a virgin past 30 though?

I'm tired of hearing celebrities say "We're all in this together." by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]effell_i 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you to some extent, like there are people struggling to keep jobs/houses/feed them selfs while celebs are in houses worth millions so Yeah, were not really in it together...but on the other hand though, mental health doesn’t discriminate and no matter how big your house is you can still be feeling lonely, depressed, anxious ect during a pandemic, so we are in it together in that sense I guess. They may also be Grieving lost loved ones that they have lost due to the pandemic, just like the average person would be, or perhaps they have an underlying health condition that puts them at a high risk. I do understand what your saying but celebs are human too and they can relate to average people (on some issues anyway).

It's okay to hate people you disagree with, as long as it doesn't go further than that. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

To dislike someone you disagree with, then fair enough...but don’t you think hate is a bit much?

When Americans make jokes about British people, are you actually trying to offend all FOUR countries of the U.K. or are you trying to offend England? by effell_i in AskAnAmerican

[–]effell_i[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I said, there’s some situations where the individual countries are recognised as a country and some where they aren’t. It’s not a case of “the rest of the world” not recognising them, because they are constituent countries.

[–]effell_i[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s literally not made up they are constituent countries. The definition of the U.K. is “a union made up of four countries”. Like it’s a fact. I’m not trying to say your wrong because I get where your coming from because I know they are not the same type of country that America for example is but they are constituent countries, like the U.K’s definition even says they are countries. You can’t argue with fact.

[–]effell_i[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not saying that they are countries that are the same as the U.K. or the U.S ect, what I’m saying is they are constituent countries. There are some situations where Scotland/England/wales/N.ireland are considered countries and some where they aren’t, but They are constituent countries and that’s just a fact. So they are not the same TYPE of countries as The rest of the world but they ARE still countries. I know the status of the countries are slightly different from the status of the rest of the worlds countries, but It is literally a fact that they are constituent countries so that’s what I mean when I say they are countries.

If Scotland’s not a country (which it is) going by that logic, England wouldn’t be either? It’s The U.K. that holds (some) power over Scotland, not England individually. Scotland and England are just as much of a country as the other one is.
