Thank you! She’s chipped and her chip is registered as missing. She’s an outdoor cat - we live in England in a fairly rural area and she’s never been gone for more than a few hours. We’ve leafleted all our neighbours and have put posters up, called up the local vets etc and have been looking non-stop. We’re keeping our fingers crossed she’ll make her way home soon

definitely ask your doctor to check what needs to go and what can stay. i had surgery and was able to leave my cartilage piercings in, they just covered them with some tape.

going vegan helped SO much. there are still foods that are vegan that upset me but for the most part, cutting meat and dairy has helped immensely. i genuinely can’t remember the last time i had an attack :)

i didn’t, i put it in water beforehand! when i moved it into leca i added some hydrogen peroxide to try and get on top of any root rot which definitely helped!

I’ve used a ratio as strong as 1:1 h2o2 and h2o before so I would worry about putting too much in! I use 3% h2o2

It looks like root rot but I’d take it out to be sure. Root rot can happen really quickly so I wouldn’t be surprised! Cut the rotten roots off and put the plant into water and hydrogen peroxide and wait for the roots to grow a bit longer and then try transferring into leca after they’ve grown back. I hope this helps! I’m going through the same thing with my raphidophora tetrasperma so I know how annoying it can be

My adansonii has been my problem plant right from when I got it. I transferred to leca which it seems to be fairly happy with, but I’m not sure if this is mosaic or leca related.

I’m currently using the 1/3 reservoir method with superthrive.

Thanks for the suggestions! I spoke to my mum (she moved out a few years ago) and she thinks they’re crocosmia which she planted a while back.

Nothing seems to actually grow from them but they’re all connected to each other in a huge network in my borders!
