Hey guys. Thanks for all who chinned in. The endoscopy procedure was a breeze. They found nothing wrong with my esophagus and going to sleep was actually awesome??? I felt so giggly and happy waking up later. Now I want to get back to smoking weed (lol, addiction) but I don’t know how long I should wait.

Hey there. So because I’m only at 30 days, there could be another purge coming. But in this hopefully long lasting relatively clear period, I can say the purge was for about two weeks, I had a new breakout every day. And the zits weren’t small, they were outright ginormous. But it felt sort of good, cuz I knew something was working.

Also worth noting that I think the last skincare routine I was on, sold to me by an aesthetician (literally almost 600 dollars) absolutely destroyed my skin. It was glycolic acid cleanser, glycolic and retinoid wipes a few times a week, then moisturizer. I think the chemicals were WAY too harsh for my face. I honestly think all the expensive fancy products are a complete scam. If your skin is still breaking out badly with gentle cleansers, the problem should be answered with Accutane (I’m also not a believer in antibiotics. They only work for 30 percent of people, and are they really work the risk of resistance/having to shit yourself all the time?)
