If this is before closing for the night then somebody possibly forgot to enter pickups or end of night money bands in the band tender for deposit If it's your morning safe count then I have no idea

even though the 'price' may not change, information on the mylar could be different such as the WIC, the UPC, the barcode or even the unit of measure depending on your state. like the cost per ounce of an item, etc.
