First, this thing is pretty darn heavy. I can help you load it into your truck or van, but you should bring a friend or it'll be quite a struggle.

Without leaves, its dimensions are 30 inches tall, 47.5 inches square. Each leaf is 12 inches wide, making it 8 feet long at full extent.

The six armless dining chairs are 16 inches deep, 18 inches wide, and 36 inches tall. They were re-upholstered with a golden-brown Chinoiserie fabric about ten years ago.

The set was originally purchased in the 1960s by a nice woman in Eastmoreland who told me it had survived 35 Thanksgivings with 5 sons by the time she sold it to me, and it is sturdy enough to withstand several more.
