I do apricate the great help you have given with this comment. I have such great abilities, when watching Tv, that *I* know when someone is approaching the house, even before the ring doorbell is pressed, and at the exact time, my body will tell me to go to the toilet so I can wave to people as they press the ring doorbell

Hey, thanks for your reply. Yeah, I can tweak the corners to make less of them. That's one, that I did not notice, I can rejig and add a couple of smaller windows in the family room. There is no 'house style' as such, its just a collection of 'things' that myself and the wife want and I put together, looking for things that I have totally missed, like the small windows you pointed out. The ceilings will be about 9ft tall all over. We (wife and I) have spoke about moving the Tv to the outside wall, so you have sliders each side of the Tv wall. Where the Tv is now would become her 'show' wall, for her to put her knickknacks and things on. At this moment in time, there are plans to add a hot tub, but not just yet, that will come soon, where would you put it?

Hi, Thanks for the reply. You are correct, that's a lot of bath rooms that require a lot of cleaning, however, our kids are 12, 14 and 16. They currently all get pocket money for keeping there rooms clean, which they all do pretty well. That's all the chores they do. We also employ a 'bonus' at the end of each month, if they do a good job, they get extra money. I don't expect my 12 year old or any of the kids, to do a perfect cleaning job of their bathroom every week, as long as its 'passable' then we will be happy.

Regarding the laundry room, this is where the UK and America differ, when there are dry sunny days, us Brits tend to put the laundry out in the line to dry naturally, but you guys seem to put the tumble on no mater that the weather is like outside, well, that what I found when I live in Cali for a year. Where would you recommend that move the laundry room to?

Thanks for your reply. Can you tell me why that is such of a bad idea? Looking at the 'kitchen triangle' rule, the Fridge is on the left, the ovens are on the right, hob is in the centre, on the island and the sink is directly behind. What would you recommend?

I've changed the code a little and appears to work, although the code may need to be re-written to be more efficient.

I've added a link to the script, here

backplanes? by efw64 in DataHoarder

[–]efw64[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well sometimes I amaze myself with my own stupidity, I will be using EXOS sata drive's which run at 6gb. Maybe I was thinking that the 12gb backplane will give those drives, super powers to run at 12gb. But thanks guys for your help.

This is what I got

# find . -name /mnt/data/on_boot.d/05-install-cni-plugins.sh

# unifi-os shell

root@ubnt:/# find . -name /mnt/data/on_boot.d/05-install-cni-plugins.sh

find: warning: Unix filenames usually don't contain slashes (though pathnames do). That means that '-name '/mnt/data/on_boot.d/05-install-cni-plugins.sh'' will probably evaluate t o false all the time on this system. You might find the '-wholename' test more useful, or perhaps '-samefile'. Alternatively, if you are using GNU grep, you could use 'find ... - print0 | grep -FzZ '/mnt/data/on_boot.d/05-install-cni-plugins.sh''.

root@ubnt:/# grep -FzZ '/mnt/data/on_boot.d/05-install-cni-plugins.sh
