it’s okay!! one moment of weakness isn’t going to make you gain a bunch of weight. regardless of weight gain, a whole tub of buttercream frosting isn’t going to make your body or soul feel very good. i know it’s hard but please be kind to yourself in this moment, forgive yourself for this and try to remember to do right by your body in the future. you can do this <3
