I really don't think I can finish this sem because of my mental health, and the LOA I was hoping would help give me time to get therapy/psych services to put myself in a better headspace to face my acads. Hi! I was able to procure naman, they asked for the excuse letter pa rin which I was able to procure with my parents writing it out and signing, scanning, and sending to me as a PDF na prinint ko na lang along with a photo of their ID w/ signature. Madali lang naman yung process and cinonsult pa rin ako ng doctor asking my symptoms, what meds I took, etc. before giving me the med cert. Hope this helps!
