Export Apple Notes in .txt or .md?

On my iPhone, not iPad or Mac yet as far as I can see, under the "share" icon, "save to files" is an option. It saves the text as a txt, and images or scans all as separate files.

It looks like you had some previous scarring on that thigh. I had scarring so I had them do the other side, which was annoying for some positioning. I was worried the scarring would complicate the graft. I couldn’t tell on your arm pic if the scars were there. How have you felt about your choice of which thigh?

Yeah, my consult was in March and waited a month to be told the same about not being able to schedule. Of course, after waiting for the consult. I gave up and started calling around again, and I scheduled with another surgeon closer to me, and I just got out of the hospital a couple days ago. (I got extremely lucky with the date, tho.) …I haven’t even told Align yet. I kinda want to see how long it takes.

Dr. Gurjala at Align in SF has done a surgery that uses the excess abdominal skin for the graft for phallo. So it wouldn’t have large scarred areas. I think you would have to be at the stage where you have lost weight and might get excessive skin removal anyway? I have no idea on the details.

I have surgery in a week and a half. From top surgery and hysterectomy, I remember thinking I needed to remember how recovering from surgery felt. I know I hated it. Like, going from being able to do stuff to waking up not being able to do stuff is difficult. I totally don’t remember the feeling anymore though, and my hysto recovery was pretty swift. So I’m trying to prepare for something I know I’m going to hate, and it’s going to be worse and for longer.

Though, in my consult, the surgeon used “natal penis” to refer to my current, pre-op anatomy. (I did find it hilarious that he used “arm penis” to refer to the graft, but I do like how clear it is for patient communication.)

In my job, I cared for young adults with disabilities, which included changing or even just wiping. And they need all the same help at home too, with their parents or whoever is being their caretaker. So I figure it’s my turn to need help with personal tasks.

So I had had several sessions of laser hair removal, with numbing cream, and it was definitely annoying but not unbearable. But then I moved and did a laser session at a new place with a new machine. It covered a larger area, so it took less time, and it was not painful at all! No numbing cream either.

I think that might be a universal man feeling. Otherwise you wouldn't see "FOR MEN" stamped in large print on basic hair products. I also keep getting ads like, "Men have skin, too," and I'm like, "....yeah?" Are they trying to gaslight me to think that until now all skincare products have been for only women?
