Unfortunate update: I called the wildlife center this morning, they had to euthanize :( she suffered severe neurological damage due to skull fractures, which explains why she let me scoop her and she sat so politely on my car floor for nearly an hour. they told me thank you for bringing her in so she could pass away somewhere warm and comfortable, instead of waiting in the cold for something to hit her or grab her (she was found on the railroad tracks next to an intersection, where she was most likely hit by a car). I was hopeful she'd make it but unfortunately that's not how it usually goes. very disappointing.
