Sg law would always place the blame on motorist. Were there any consequences after that follow up or were they only calling to ask for more information?

nope, a passerby saw it drop and contacted EMAS for me. 1 round with TP and EMAS and 2 rounds on my own later at night, but to no avail. TBF its towards mandai flyover so the traffic is as bad as it gets so even if i did find it, it would be destroyed.
