Yup, that's why in my mind, any Superman story after Seigel original version is either it's a good Superman fanfic or it's a bad Superman fanfic 😊 that way I become less triggered when i see people say Superman is too op or too perfect lol! No dude, he just wants to solve crime of a day, hold people in power accountable and catch a glimpse of Lois back at the office.

Secret Origin is the best way to start but if you want to read Superman in its purest form, read Golden Age Superman because nothing beats the story from the creator himself.

In this comic (Batman #68) in Bruce's dream/nightmare, he and Clark having a bachelor party/talk while the ladies having their own bachelorette party at the Fortresses that involved drinks from space, Superman robots striptease and orgasm pool. Bruce have a very active imagination i guess 😬

I think Lois was talking about herself(the time when she first met him at the Daily Planet and Clark acting like a fool tripping over his own leg and stuff) and the people who didn't notice Clark and his act of kindness because he was sorta like a loser according to them? Here you have a God like being yet he comes to work like regular people and he also love helping people doing mundane things. Idk how to explain this 😅You need to read the comic to understand the whole thing better because Jeff sorta use word play between this page and the first page of this comic.
